Are the package prices all-inclusive and final? Any additional or hidden charges?
The package prices are inclusive of everything that is listed. If something is not listed, please don't get "under the impression" that it was included. For example, if prints are not listed, they would cost extra. The same goes for makeup and high resolution digitals. Seems obvious, but not to all... Ask us if any doubts.
The listed prices present a base, so they are not final. The industry's typical additional fees are:
- sales tax
- travel fee
- 3% credit card processing fee (avoidable if paying by check, Zelle/Venmo, or cash)
None of them are hidden or surprises. They will be clearly presented and calculated as a grand total before you accept and sign the agreement. Travel fee may be estimated prior to booking and adjusted after the shoot based on new travel conditions/developments.
Other optional or possible charges could be, and are not limited to:
- additional time
- additional retouching or upgrades to retouching (e.g., from Enhanced to Digital Art)
- upgrades from low resolution proofs to high resolution
- extensive album design changes or different album designs
- album upgrades (cover materials, paper type, size, volume, additional images, etc.)
- video revisions
- services other than photo and video
- studio/pool rental (unless noted as included)
- online gallery extension fee if goes beyond 30 days
We do not charge for rescheduling shoots.
What forms of payment do you accept? Is there a cash discount?
Our secure online booking system, powered by Stripe, accepts all major credit cards, subject to a 3% processing fee. We waive this fee for the deposits but will add it to any post-booking payments. To avoid the processing fee, you can pay via Zelle ...

Can we add extra time after we book?
Yes. The rate will be higher. The concept of any package, as opposed to a la carte pricing, is to bundle everything to save you money. Any add-ons ordered after the booking will be charged at a la carte rate, including additional hours.
