Do you need a "shot list" for my wedding day?
No. Nothing kills creativity as much as having a duty of following a "to shoot" list. If you feel like putting it together, you may save money and hire a photographer who requires direction or ideas, they usually charge less.
An exception could be a certain detail or a person to whom we may not otherwise give our full attention. You see—shoes, rings, bouquet, grandparents are all obvious to us. A brooch from your grand-grand-mother pinned inside a fold of your dress, on the other hand, may evade our eyes so feel free to note that in advance. As for the wedding images you may have collected for your wedding day inspiration, please see the previous question.
