Sorry, no. The retainer is non-refundable but no money is lost with Zorz Studios! It will simply turn into a studio credit with no expiration date and you may even transfer the credit as a valuable and unique gift to your friend or family member. We faced a few such situations but all cases lead to making up and a happy end!
