How can I download images from a gallery?
Downloading is disabled until all tasks are completed, i.e., post-processing, cards, books, albums, canvas prints, etc.
First, the studio needs to finish all work on the associated shoot. The gallery owner will receive an email when gallery becomes available for downloading.
All packages include low-resolution digital proofs and some (or all) images in high resolution. Here's how to download them, respectively:
- For the low resolution proofs, click "Download All Images" right above the photos in a gallery. A zip file will start downloading immediately. If you do not see "Download All Images" link in, all your images will come in high resolution—see the next bullet for instructions.
- For the high resolution images, a direct download link will be included in the same email sent to the owner advising of gallery availability for downloading. If your package did not include all images in high resolution, or if you're a guest wishing to order any, you may purchase them through the shopping cart. Either click "High-res download: full gallery" to purchase all, or click "High-res download: single photo" under individual images.
Kindly be reminded that the images will remain available for downloading until the gallery expires. There is an administrative fee of to re-create or reactivate the gallery after its expiration, as well as monthly hosting fee. You are encouraged to download the images at your earliest convenience and avoid paying unnecessary fees. :)
