How long will the online proof gallery stay?
The online gallery is a paid service provided by a third party. Zorz Studios covers the first month of hosting the images so this is how long your gallery will be available for free. We believe this gives more than sufficient time to finalize the selections, place any print orders, and deliver via downloading.
Upon completing all orders, the images will remain available for downloading until the gallery expires. It will be taken down afterwards but can be extended for a fee for another 30 days. If the gallery expires before the extension, an additional reactivation fee will apply.
Once made available for downloading, the studio can no longer hold obligation and responsibility for storing the images. In a few months they get permanently deleted from the local archives as well. You are strongly advised to make backup copies and store them on separate devices as the studio may be unable to help you recover any lost images.
Will you always have a backup of our photos/videos in case we lose them?
