This is a necessary measure to protect against hackers who regularly try to brute-force into our website (not just the online gallery), varying their guessed passwords. Currently, only three login attempts are allowed, followed by an auto-lockout for one (1) month.

Our website security reports such incidents and we can unlock the legitimate users we recognize. We'll inform you so you can try again.

 

When logging in, don't confuse your account password (set and resettable by you) with the gallery passcode we preset and emailed you when sharing the gallery link (right below the link). Here's a visual comparison to help you clarify.
